Dogs unleashed! New Burlington pet park opens

Burlington’s latest leash-free park is now open.
After months of preparation, the new doggie zone is available at Hidden Valley Park.
The long-anticipated pet playground is situated next to the Burlington Model Railway Club along Hidden Valley Road.
The site has long been anticipated as Burlington’s next leash-free park and follows the lobbying efforts of many area residents who have pointed out the popularity and high use of the park by dog walkers.
The new leash-free includes:

- A 0.15-hectare (less than a quarter of the size of a soccer pitch)
- Double-gated entry/exit enclosure
- Accessible park benches
- 6-foot high chain link fence surrounding the area
The site also has easy access to parking and is centrally located in the Aldershot community.
