A doctor who works out of a clinic that serves patients in Oakville and Mississauga has been charged with sexual assault.
Halton Regional Police say the person arrested was working out of Bristol Family Physicians, located at Bristol Circle and Winston Churchill Boulevard.
Police say they were contacted after a woman complained she was assaulted during a visit to the clinic.
Investigators believe there may be additional victims
An arrest was made on Tuesday.
Clarence Clottey, 64, of Oakville, is charged with one count of sexual assault. He has been released pending a court appearance in Milton.

In 2016, Clottey was charged with six counts of sexual assault but was acquitted at trial.
In 2020, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario restricted the doctor’s ability to control how he examines female patients.
