Custom-built home sells for nearly $800K under asking in Mississauga

A custom-built home with a Feng Shui design sold for nearly $800,000 under the list price in Mississauga.

The home at 2086 Autumn Breeze Dr. S. in Cooksville sold for $3,999,999 on July 23, under the $4,798,999 list price, according to HouseSigma. It was listed for sale in April.

The home is one of many to sell for under the asking price as the real estate market remains cool this summer. An Oshawa home sold for a $300,000 loss recently, and a modern home sold for $348,000 under the asking price in Mississauga.

The six-bedroom, six-bathroom Cooksville home is Feng Shui Certified By Master Paul Ng and custom built by David Small Designs, according to the listing.

It has nearly 8,000 square feet of living space with an open-concept design.
