If you’re reaching for a sweet treat from the freezer this holiday season, you might want to double-check if it was purchased from Costco, as certain batches of brownie ice cream desserts have been recalled from stores in Ontario.

Sorrisa Group Inc Brownie Skillet with Vanilla Ice Cream

Sorrisa Group Inc. issued a voluntary recall for the product due to the potential presence of foreign rubber material.

The following batches are affected:

  • Best Before Date: Nov. 4, 2025 – Recalled Lot Number: CO-BS309-24
  • Best Before Date: Nov. 5, 2025 – Recalled Lot Number: CO-BS310-24
  • Best Before Date: Nov. 6, 2025 – Recalled Lot Number: CO-BS311-24

Risks: Poses choking hazard.

What you should do: Do not consume the product and return it to Costco for a full refund.

Sorrisa Group Inc. has received one complaint regarding the affected product, although it is unclear whether anyone was injured due to consumption.
