Cops seize weapons, drugs at Brampton investigation

Two Brampton residents have been charged with a combined 17 offences after Peel Regional Police conducted an investigation in the Bramalea Road/Clark Boulevard area Monday.
After investigators from the 21 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau found a Luger 9mm handgun, a search warrant was executed, where two shotguns and narcotics were recovered.
Facing 11 drug and weapon related charges, is Abdoulkader Youssouf Abdi, 28, from Brampton. Facing six drug, weapons and breach of recognizance charges is Santana Marie Green, 29, from Brampton. Both were held for bail hearings at Brampton court.
