Cops Looking For Gunman After Shooting in Mississauga

A shooting that occurred earlier today has Peel Regional Police looking for the gunman who was involved.

The shooting happened around 4:45 p.m. in the area of Stapleford Terrace and Ceremonial Drive, according to a recent Mississauga News article.

A young adult male was hurt in the incident, paramedics say. Thankfully, he was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

No arrests have been made yet, Const. Paolo Carretta told The News. He also said the shooting appears to be an isolated incident, and there are currently no public safety concerns.
