Collision on St. Catharines bridge brings QEW traffic to a standstill

Travellers can expect traffic to be at a crawl over the Toronto-bound Garden City Skyline in St Catharines this morning (October 31).

Just before 9 am, a two-vehicle collision that saw one bounced off the guard-rail has got the road down to one lane.

Emergency crews were dispatched but no word yet from the OPP on how long clean-up will take.
