Cocaine seized in an Ontario airport, Hamilton resident charged

A Hamilton resident faces charges after cocaine was found at an Ontario airport.

The charges come after an investigation led by the OPP and the Nishnawbe Aski Police in Sioux Lookout.

Just before 6 p.m. on Wednesday police stopped a person at the Sioux Lookout Airport and seized cocaine, OPP said.

Sebastion Ortiz-Carswell, 21, of Hamilton faces drug trafficking charges, police said.

Ortiz-Carswell is in custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice at a later date.
