Chemical leak in Mississauga now contained: Fire department

Mississauga Fire and Emergency Services say that a leak of a gaseous substance that was reported earlier today (May 27) has been contained.
Earlier today, fire crews announced that crews were called to the scene of the hazardous materials leak on McAdam Rd. in Mississauga.
Fire crews said a 200 lb acetylene tank was leaking and that the hazardous material team was capping the leak and monitoring the atmosphere.
Police were also called to the scene to manage traffic in the area.
The leak has been successfully capped.
