Canada’s biggest breakfast and brunch restaurant introduces new menu

Popular restaurant franchise Pür & Simple has quickly become one of Canada’s best spots to enjoy breakfast and brunch, with over 30 locations across Canada – and they recently launched a new menu with exciting new flavours.

The new menu uses sweet and savoury ingredients to satisfy every palate – savoury chorizo, decadent brownies, banana bread, brioche buns for breakfast handhelds, the Impossible burger and much more. Many of these new dishes are a perfect fusion of ingredients that blend different tastes together into something absolutely delectable.

As for drinks, their state-of-the-art Nespresso machine produces delicious specialty coffees, and they also have a smoothie bar, refreshing cocktails, and fresh OJ pressed in-house daily.

Don Chorizo: Treat those tastebuds with a dish that’s packed with flavour – the savoury taste of eggs benedict and chorizo (pork sausages), tomatoes, jalapeño Monterey Jack, and scallions.

Chocoholic Pancakes: You can never have too much chocolate! These sugary sweet and fluffy chocolate pancakes come with crumbled chocolate brownies, hazelnut chocolate, English cream, chocolate chips and whipped cream.

Ri Ri’s Cheesecake: Satisfy your sweet tooth with Ri Ri’s Cheesecake, combining the tastes of classic strawberry cheesecake with fluffy homemade waffles! It’s topped with strawberries, sweet cream cheese, crumbled graham crackers, raspberry coulis, whipped cream and fresh mint.

Go Bananas: Enjoy the sweet and satisfyingly crunchy taste of banana bread French toast, bananas, hazelnut chocolate, English cream, chocolate chips, whipped cream and fresh mint.

Simon Says: This ultra-savoury dish has bacon, ham, sausage mix omelette, 3 cheese blend, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions and fine herb mayonnaise, served on a brioche bun.

Rizo: A skillet packed with eggs, chorizo, red & green peppers, tomatoes, avocado, scallions, 3 cheese blend and spicy Hollandaise sauce – a wide array of flavours sure to get your mouth watering.

Impossible Burger: Perfect for vegetarians and a lunch favourite at Pür & Simple, this Impossible burger patty is topped with cheddar, guacamole, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions and fine herb mayonnaise.

Alongside these brand new dishes, Pür & Simple continues to deliver the classics that many of their guests have come to love, such as their Red Velvet Pancakes, Deluxe Burger, French Toast Crisp, and of course their iconic Cinna-bacon (a glazed cinnamon Danish stuffed with scrambled eggs, bacon, cheddar, Swiss and provolone).

As part of the new menu, all of their pancakes and French toast dishes are now available in two pieces (enjoyed best as a side) or the original three pieces.
