Mississauga has seen a lot of growth over the last 50 years.

Starting as a bedroom community it has grown to be one of the largest cities in Canada.

There is a lot of history in Mississauga and the below images will show that Mississauga wasn’t just a suburb but was bustling with manufacturing and industry. Most of the past manufacturing has shuttered their doors years ago but have left a lasting impact to Mississauga’s identity.

Let’s see how much of a Mississauga history buff you are. Try to guess when these photos were taken.
