Caledon Community Services Gala goes digital with virtual event for 2021

Caledon Community Services (CCS) is holding its 24th-annual gala in December with a digital event streamed straight to your living room.

Dubbed the Literally Still Home for the Holidays Virtual Gala, the 2021 gala marks the second time the event has been held digitally.

Proceeds from the annual fundraiser support programs, services and activities in Caledon that feed help the hungry, ensure senior independence, help people find sustainable employment.

The virtual gala will feature a silent auction, guest speakers, prize draws and even entertainment from a live DJ all from the comfort of home.

Tickets start at $100 for the “Gala Experience” package which includes gift cards to local restaurants, wine, sweet treats, and early access to the auction.  The “VIP Catered Gala Experience” package is only $125 and adds a meal to your virtual gala experience catered by Gourmandissimo.

Guests can also buy additional raffle tickets for $20 or enter the wine draw for $25 per entry or three entries for $50.

CCS says it supports thousands of residents across Caledon through support from donors, sponsors and events.

The CCS Home for the Holidays Virtual Gala starts 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 4. Tickets are available for purchase online.
