A bridge leading into Milton’s Kelso Conservation Area will undergo a major rehabilitation this summer.

Located on Kelso Road, about 400 metres west of Tremaine Road, the work will extend the life of the structure.

Enhancements include:

  • Removal and replacement of the existing concrete bridge deck
  • Removal and replacement of the existing asphalt surface and curb at the bridge
  • Removal and replacement of existing parapet wall
  • Removal and replacement of guiderail

Work will start soon and is expected to last until late fall of this year. Construction timelines are dependent on many factors, including weather.

Drivers should expect delays and lane closures for the duration of the project. Local and emergency traffic permitted.
