Brampton has a new one-stop-shop for fast casual dining, putting a chicken joint, ice cream parlour and Indian street food all under one roof.

Happy Food Hub is three restaurants in one, featuring Cluck ‘N Boom fried chicken, Kathiwala Indian street food and the Outrageous Ice Cream Company.

Cluck ‘N Boom Fried Chicken

Cluck N’ Bloom marinates its chicken in a buttermilk brine, then hand-battered the pieces in their secret dry coating. Sandwiches are served on a toasted brioche bun with house-made sauces, aiolis, and fresh vegetables.

They also offer hand-breaded chicken tenders, spicy battered pickle fries, funnel cakes and other treats.

Outrageous Ice Cream Company

Outrageous Ice Cream Company serves gelatos and ice cream in flavours like bruleed marshmallow s’mores, toasted coconut cream pie, watermelon pop rocks, and gold flake laced Nutella.

Flavours are served in fresh-made waffle cones, or try a less conventional creation like a cotton candy ice cream burrito, ice cream taco or a freakshakes.

Kathiwala Indian Street Food

Specialising in Kathi Rolls their unique take on Indian-inspired Street Food, Kathiwala dishes have a balance of bold flavours and spice.

Their Kathi Rolls are made with flaky, buttery paratha bread with assorted fillings including chicken tikka, paneer tikka, aloo masala, Hakka-style chicken, crispy buffalo chicken, fresh vegetables, and a selection of house-made sauces and chutneys.

They also serve Faloodas – an Indian Street Food speciality that Kathiwala says is a “milkshake meets bubble tea meets a fruit smoothie” – and their take on the traditional Indian dessert, the Rose Ras Malai.

The 3-in-1 shop is located at 2120 North Park Dr. in Brampton. For more information visit www.HappyFoodHub.com.
