A Brampton man is one of over a dozen lucky winners who took home $50,000 in this month’s Lotto 6/49 Super Draw.

The OLG says Munawar Hussain of Brampton is one of 20 winners in the Lotto 6/49 Super Draw on Sept. 2.

Lotto 6/49 offers players a chance to win two multi-million dollar jackpots every Wednesday and Saturday for the same $3 per play, and the OLG says the Brampton man won big with one of the $50,000 additional Super Draws on Sept. 2.

The Classic Draw offers a fixed $5 million jackpot for every draw, while the Gold Ball Draw guarantees a $1 million prize, or the growing jackpot that starts at $10 million and can exceed $60 million. Click here for more information about the new LOTTO 6/49.

The OLG says it supports safe play and responsible gambling through its PlaySmart program.

The winning ticket was purchased at Petro Canada on Steeles Avenue in Hornby.
