Brampton Library offering children’s literature in local parks

Brampton Library has partnered with the City of Brampton’s Community Events Team to bring you Story Walks.
Story Walks bring together the opportunity to explore local parks and enjoy some wonderful children’s literature.
Stories are selected by library staff and placed along the paths of some of Brampton’s most beautiful parks.
Here are the current locations and stories:
- Batsman Community Park: Until Aug. 19, The Bat by Elise Gravel
- Story Walk at Cassie Campbell Park: Until Aug. 19, Rain Boy by Canadian author Dylan Glynn.
- Story Walk at Chinguacousy Park: Until Aug. 19, 2021 Blue Spruce Nominee Fast Friends by Heather M. O’Connor.
- Story Walk at Loafer’s Lake Park: Until Aug. 19, Sometimes I Feel Like a Fox by Danielle Daniel.
- Story Walk at Peel Village Park: Until Aug. 19, Say Something! by Peter H. Reynolds.
- Story Walk at Creditview Sandalwood Park: Until Aug. 19, tweens, teens, and adults are invited to participate in the Escape Game at the Park.
Story Walks will be rotated in these parks until Oct. 1.
