Brampton launches 311 app for quick and easy customer service

The city of Brampton will be making it easy to access municipal services and information with a new Brampton 311 mobile app and website.

Residents will now be able to reach Service Brampton easily and efficiently online, with their smartphones or by calling 311.

Customer service will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in more than 150 languages.

The app and online requests will provide easy access to information, submissions and request tracking for parking services and mobile licensing, property concerns and municipal enforcement, litter and graffiti, parks and trails, roads, sidewalks and snow clearing, signs and streetlights and tree services.

“The new Brampton 311 app and website is a great example of the City’s efforts to continuously improve day-to-day operations and service delivery. It is a priority for this term of Council to ensure Brampton is a Well-Run City, and offering residents user-friendly, digital options to connect with City services and information is an important part of that commitment,” said Mayor Patrick Brown.

The app also features the option to take a photo and include it with the service request. It also contains a mapping function.

City services are at your fingertips!” said Regional Councillor and Community Services Committee Chair, Rowena Santos.

The user-friendly website and app will also feature a knowledge and information base, a search function, the ability to submit requests, tracking numbers for reports and requests and email notification options.

The Brampton 311 app is available on Google Play and the App Store and is compatible with iPhone and Android devices (minimum iOS 9.3.6 or Android 8.1).
