UPDATE: Man dies in a multi-vehicle collision in Brampton

A major intersection in Brampton was closed late Thursday night (Jan. 27) after a reported two-car collision.
Peel Regional Police are advising motorists to use alternative routes and steer clear of the intersection of Mavis Road and Clementine Drive in Brampton, which is currently closed.
The police received a report about the collision at 9:10 p.m., with preliminary indications that two vehicles were involved and that Peel paramedics are assessing two people.
UPDATE: A male has been pronounced deceased.
