It was on the market for 8 days and went for $684,223 over asking price and sold for $2,162,000.
If you think that is mind boggling, in 2020 it sold for $891,000.
That is a massive difference of $1,271,000 of it’s 2022 selling price.
That is an incredible 242% return on investment since 2020.
