Annual tour offered a peak into Milton’s secret gardens

A tour of some of Milton’s most beautiful gardens was held last weekend.
Hosted by the Milton & District Horticultural Society, the annual fundraising event took visitors on a journey through seven exclusive residential gardens secretly hidden in their own neighbourhoods.
During the tour, homeowners invited participants to walk and talk gardens. This year, each garden had an artist among the flowers who were displaying and sometimes even creating, their amazing garden art.
Proceeds from the event help maintain the Serenity Garden in Milton District Hospital, gardens in Allendale Long Term Care Facility, Deborah Home, Sunny Mount Community Gardens and many others.
