UPDATE: The Amber Alert has been cancelled

Update 8:11 p.m. The Amber Alert has been cancelled. Amber Alert confirmed she Alicia has been found safe.
Police across Ontario are on the lookout for a 2-year-old girl from Toronto who they believe may have been abducted by her father.
Alicia Choy was last seen at 481 Keele St. in Toronto’s The Junction neighbourhood on the west side. Police believe her father, Logan Choy, 41, picked her up around 4 p.m.
Toronto Police Service requested the OPP issue an Amber Alert that went out shortly before 8 p.m.
Police describe Logan Choy as Black, standing 5-foot-3, weighing about 170 pounds with a slim build, and short black hair. He has no teeth and a grey/black beard.
Alicia Choy is described as Black, standing 2-foot-6 and weighing about 35 pounds.
Anyone with information regarding the Choys’ whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately.
