All-you-can-eat sushi spot closes down in Brampton

A local sushi spot known for its massive menu and an all-you-can-eat buffet has closed its doors permanently in Brampton.

168 Sushi Japan Buffet has closed up shop for the last time, shutting down operations at its location on Kennedy Road in Brampton.

Getting its name from the over 100 menu items and address, 168 Sushi Japan Buffet offered guests an all-you-can-eat Asian cuisine buffet that included a variety of appetizers, soups, salads, and sushi rolls.

Some favourites and other dishes included special rolls, sushi rolls, bento boxes, a-la-carte sashimi, and Mango and Crab Rolls.

The all-you-can-eat buffet hasn’t renewed its lease, according to a sign at the restaurant and posts on social media. But fans of the restaurant will still be able to enjoy what 168 has to offer at its Mississauga location, or order for delivery on UberEats.
