Accident in downtown Brampton disrupts traffic along Queen St.

A collision between a car and a dump truck has shut down traffic in downtown Brampton.
The accident occurred around 3:30 p.m. today and police and emergency crews are now at the scene. It is not known the extent of injuries to those involved.
Right now, eastbound traffic on Queen St. W. near Haggert Ave. in blocked.
Police are advising commuters to use an alternative route through the area.
