9 year-old sexually assaulted in shopping mall washroom in Mississauga

The perpetrator involved in an alleged sexual offence against a nine-year-old boy at Mississauga’s Square One Shopping Mall this past summer remains at large.
In July (2023) police say, a young boy was using a public washroom, when he was reportedly approached by the suspect, who proceeded to engage in a sexually suggestive conversation.
Investigators say the victim and suspect are unknown to each other.
Police describe the suspect as a white man, with a possibly tanned complexion. His height is anywhere between 5-foot-6 and 5-foot-9. He has an average to thin build, with a full beard, braids, and dreadlock-type hair.
The suspect was last seen wearing black pants, a black t-shirt with an unknown logo, and distinctive red ‘Air Force One’ type shoes.

Authorities say the suspect is wanted for the invitation of sexual touching.
