5 popular restaurants will cover your rideshare trip to Oakville and Hamilton

To help residents get around safely during the holidays, several big restaurants in Oakville and Hamilton are currently offering to cover your ride to their locations.

Throughout December, Catch Hospitality Group has your ride covered. Take an Uber or Lyft to one of their restaurants Firehall, Cucci, Por Vida, Plank Oakville, and Plank Hamilton and get up to $15 off your dine-in bill.

The restaurants are all part of Catch Hospitality Group, a major full-service restaurant and catering company that’s primarily located in Oakville’s waterfront Bronte neighbourhood, Hamilton and expanding into other areas in west GTA.

Here’s how it works:

• Take an Uber or Lyft to one of the restaurants mentioned above
• Enjoy your dine-in meal
• Show your server proof that you arrived in an Uber or Lyft (i.e. the ride receipt)
• Get up to $15 off your dine-in bill

The offer is a great way to celebrate and enjoy a meal with loved ones over the holidays, and guests are encouraged to get home safely with an Uber or Lyft.

The five restaurants are some of the most popular spots to eat in the GTA, with Cucci and Por Vida widely known for offering delicious and authentic Italian and Mexican cuisine, respectively. Por Vida is also offering more of their all-you-can-eat tacos during December.

Firehall and Plank have also become a hit among local foodies – sports lovers can watch the game and get something hot off the grill at Firehall, while Plank offers a chef-inspired seasonal menu in a chic rec room interior with vintage décor.
