This Italian restaurant and wine bar on Hurontario Street and Bovaird Drive has a special four-course specially curated Mother’s Day menu, complete with appetizers, pastas, entrees, and desserts. Impress her with a cheese platter or fresh figs as an app, treat her to a spinach and ricotta agnolotti for a pasta, move on to a roasted pork loin as an entree, and finish off with a decadent tiramisu. At Hurontario and Mayfield, this classy Italian spot also has a special Mother’s Day menu from 12p.m.-9p.m. Some highlights from their special menu include a PEI mussels in a signature tomato broth, fresh, homemade pasta like meat-filled cannelloni in a tomato sauce, and risotto in a champagne sauce, seafood like a Euro seabass filet, and meat dishes like chicken parmigiana, a 12oz striploin finished with a 20-year-old port, or even a rack of lamb chops. NINE18 is the restaurant at Turnberry Golf Club, located at Kennedy and Bovaird, and they’re offering a Mother’s Day lunch buffet for $39.95 per person, one at 11 a.m. and one at 2 p.m. Their lunch buffet includes a carvery station, a pasta station, minestrone soup, frittata, potato, mixed greens, chick pea, and caprese salad, a cheese board, shrimp cocktails, talapia, meatballs, mussels, sausages and peppers, chicken picatta, and even a donut station! Lounge on their patio or treat your mom to their cozy interior with your feast, and maybe you can play some golf afterwards.

For anyone looking to treat their mom to high tea for Mother’s day this is your spot! On May 11 and 12, Macaronz has seatings at 11 a.m., 1:30 p.m., and 4 p.m. for two hours each.
