The real estate market saw a rebound in prices last month, and while some high-end properties changed hands in Brampton there were also plenty of more affordable homes for sale.
The number of home sales across the GTA was up on both a monthly and annual basis for the first time since 2021, making May one of the strongest sales months seen in recent years.
Here’s a look at some of the most affordable properties sold in Brampton last month:
2314 – 9 George Street North – $515,000
This one-bed, one-bath apartment in downtown Brampton has a great view of the city from the balcony. The more than 500 square-foot condo has ensuite laundry, no carpet, floor-to-ceiling windows, and fresh paint, and is within walking distance to restaurants and public transit.
