5 most affordable apartments all sold under $500K in Brampton last month

Finding a starter-home that doesn’t break the bank has been increasingly difficult in recent years, but the five most affordable apartments in the city all sold under the coveted $500,000-mark last month in Brampton.

Real estate watchers predicted higher home prices in some Ontario cities heading into the fall with home prices expected to creep up to five per cent in some GTA cities, including Brampton and Mississauga.
