5 least expensive homes sold for under $650K in Mississauga last month

The least expensive homes all sold for under $650,000 last month in Mississauga.
As typical for this time of year, the real estate market slowed and prices are down overall.
The average home price in Mississauga declined 4.2 per cent to $951,608 in December. In 2022, the average price for a home in Mississauga was $977,016, according to the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board.
Condo apartments dipped to $610,964, a decline of six per cent.
All the least expensive homes sold in December in Mississauga were condos, according to real estate brokerage Zoocasa.
Zoocasa compiled a list of these more economical homes sold last month.
Here are five of the least expensive homes sold in December:
1810-55 Strathaven Drive
This sun-filled, updated condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with an open-concept living/dining area. The building is located not far from the city centre. The maintenance fee of $659.39 includes all utilities.
This place sold for $610,000 on Dec. 11, over the $568,900 asking price.
911-3590 Kaneff Crescent
This two-bedroom unit features new lighting, stainless-steel appliances in an open-concept kitchen. It’s walking distance to the library, recreation centre, Celebration Square and Square One.
This place also sold for $610,000 on Nov. 30, well over the $499,000 asking price.
203-45 Kingsbridge Garden Circle
This two-bedroom condo features quartz countertops and white, Shaker cabinetry. The building has an indoor pool, whirlpool, fitness room, squash and outdoor tennis courts and a library.
This place sold for $590,000 on Dec. 26, just under the $599,900 asking price.
609-2545 Erin Centre Boulevard
Located across from Erin Mills Town Centre, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit has hardwood floors, an upgraded kitchen and a sunny, southwest exposure.
This condo sold for $542,500 on Dec. 18, just under the $565,000 asking price.
207-2091 Hurontario Street
This two-bedroom condo in Cooksville has 924 square feet of living space. It features expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, updated laminate flooring and modern light fixtures.
This unit sold for $525,000 on Dec. 6, just under the $549,000 asking price.
