The five least expensive homes sold in Mississauga last month all went for under $500,000, one of which is in a skyscraper that is now a key feature of the city’s skyline.

Three of the five homes sold for less than their list price, while two of them went for above asking.

All of them were condo units.

Here is a look at the five least expensive homes that sold in Mississauga last month:

209 – 3700 Kaneff Cres.

This unit is located near Hurontario Street and Burnhamthorpe Road.

It has one bedroom, one bathroom and comes with one parking space.

The building itself has an indoor pool, gym, sauna, billiards, and more.

The maintenance fee stands at $651, which includes heat, hydro, water, central air, cable TV and more.

It was listed for $400,000, but sold for $430,000.

808 – 2929 Aquitaine Ave.

This two bedroom, one bath condo is located at Winston Churchill Boulevard and Aquitaine Avenue. It comes with one parking spot.

It is across the street from a plaza with shops and restaurants.

The building’s amenities include an outdoor pool, sauna, gym, and more.

The maintenance fee is $892, which includes utilities and cable.

It was listed for $439,900, but sold for slightly below that at $435,000.

2711 – 3900 Confederation Pkwy.

This unit is located in the M City complex in the heart of Mississauga, near Confederation Parkway and Burnhamthorpe Road.

The 600-square-foot apartment has one bedroom, one bathroom and comes with a parking spot.

The building itself has many amenities, including an outdoor skating rink, pool, rooftop terrace, gym, sauna and more.

Maintenance fees stand at $342, which includes utilities and cable TV.

It sold for $440,000 after being listed at $399,900.

901 – 1300 Bloor St.

This building is located at Dixie Road and Bloor Street in Mississauga’s east end, sitting on “seven acres of pristinely manicured grounds and resort style amenities,” the listing says.

The unit has one bedroom and one bath, but could “theoretically” be converted into two bedrooms.

It comes with one parking spot.

The unit had the same owner for more than 30 years.

Utilities and cable TV are included in the $918 maintenance fee.

Amenities include a gym, billiards room, hot tub, tennis courts, and a penthouse-level swimming pool.

It sold for $465,000, below the list price of $499,900.

The unit comes with one parking spot, a locker and has one bedroom and one bathroom.

Maitainenance fees stand at $387, which includes utilities and cable TV.

It was listed for $480,000, but sold under asking at $470,000.
