4 new communities selling and leasing from this major developer in Mississauga and Brampton

Homes are currently available at four major communities from The Daniels Corporation, a real estate developer that has been building communities for 40 years in Mississauga, Brampton and throughout the GTA.

The four Daniels communities currently selling and renting homes in Peel are The Kith Condominiums in Mississauga’s Erin Mills, MPV2 and Uniti in Brampton’s Mount Pleasant Village, and OMG 2 located just shy of where both cities meet.

Local residents got to learn about these communities at the recent Daniels Day in Peel event, held on April 13 at their Brampton Presentation Centre at 145 Lagerfeld Drive. The event featured masterclasses that helped prospective homebuyers learn more about the real estate market and get an in-depth look at the four new Daniels communities that are currently selling and leasing in Mississauga and Brampton.

The successful event included catered food from local businesses and drew those considering Peel as an option to own or rent their home.

The Daniels Corporation is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year, with a legacy of nearly 40,000 homes built in major communities in Mississauga, Toronto, Brampton and other GTA cities.
