$20 million lottery ticket sold in Ontario

An Ontario resident will become the newest multimillionaire, once they come forward and claim their winning ticket.

The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation said in a news release on Saturday that the winning ticket was sold in Hamilton, just west of Toronto.
The winner has yet to be identified, so if you bought a ticket for the Dec. 19 draw in Hamilton, it may be worth checking to see if you’re $20 million richer!
The winning numbers for the draw are 05, 06, 07, 24, 27, 29, 32, with the bonus number 47.
In total, more than 635,000 winning tickets were sold across Ontario for Friday night’s draw. Among them was a second-prize ticket worth $170,000, purchased online.
Additionally, two tickets worth $100,000 each were sold in Toronto and Lambton County.
The next Lotto Max draw is set for Christmas Eve, with an estimated jackpot of $10 million.
The OLG notes that the odds of winning the jackpot are one in 33,294,800.
