2 summer job fairs coming up in Brampton

Students looking for work in recreation, in parks or with animals may want to check out two summer job fairs coming up soon in Brampton.
The City of Brampton is looking to hire for seasonal jobs in Parks Forestry and Maintenance, and part-time work in recreation this summer.
Jobs with start dates in both April and June of 2023 are available including roles in customer service, tree planting, grass cutting, flower bed arrangements, aquatics, skate, and general programs.
Job seekers can connect with city staff to learn more about the positions. Students should bring a copy of their resume on a USB key to apply.
Applicants must be 15 years of age or older.
The City of Brampton Job and Information Fair is at the Jim Archdekin Recreation Centre, 292 Conestoga Dr. Brampton, on Thursday, Feb. 23, from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Chinguacousy Park Mini Moo Farm is also hiring. These part-time positions require a love for animals and involve cleaning and caring for farm animals.
The job fair will be at the Mini Moo Farm entrance in Chinguacousy Park on Saturday, March 18 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
