2 crashes reported at the same intersection within minutes in Mississauga

Two crashes were reported at the same intersection within a few minutes of each other in Mississauga.
Emergency crews responded to a two-vehicle crash at Dixie Road and Eglinton Avenue around 11:45 a.m. on Sunday (May 12), Peel Regional Police tell insauga.com.
Two people were transported to a local hospital in stable condition, Peel Paramedics tell insauga.com.
A short time later, just after midnight today (May 13), another vehicle hit a traffic light pole at the same intersection, police said.
Video from the scene shows multiple emergency vehicles including police, paramedics and fire trucks.
Police didn’t say if there were charges.
