Two Oakville spots among the best restaurant patios in Canada

A pair of Oakville restaurants are among the Top 100 in Canada for best outdoor dining.
Put together by the online restaurant reservation site Open Table, the list was compiled by scanning diner metrics and more than one million reviews to narrow down the restaurants where Canadians love dining outdoors.
The first to make the list is Harper’s Landing which has become a beloved and popular community hub for all ages and occasions since its opening in 2013.
Located at 481 Cornwall Rd, east of Trafalgar Road, the upscale casual restaurant has floor-to-ceiling windows on thee sides with comfortable leather booths.
Recent renovations have resulted in a three-season covered patio, new bar, furniture and audio to enhance guest comfort.

The other Oakville eatery on the list is Verace Restaurant, which claims to have the best Neopolitan style pizza in town.
Located at 312 Lakeshore Rd. E., the pizza is verified by the Vera Pizza Napoletana Association, signifying it meets strict standards of authenticity and quality. They also use a wood-burning oven, imported from Naples.
Located in the heart of downtown Oakville, the patio provides a great view of historic downtown Oakville.
