This Canada Day long weekend weather forecast in Ontario

Canada Day is coming up, and the weather for the long weekend will consist of rainfall and relatively cooler temperatures for southern Ontario.
The weekend will start with sunshine on Friday and a high of 24 degrees Celsius, with a chance of showers beginning Friday evening.
The rain is expected to likely continue throughout all of Saturday and during the day on Sunday, with a chance for potential thunderstorms.
However, clear skies are expected on Canada Day Monday, good news for those planning to get outside and enjoy some fireworks.
In contrast to the heat waves that affected most of Ontario earlier this month, the temperatures for the long weekend are likely to remain relatively cooler and more comfortable, feeling more like late spring weather.
A weekend high of 25 degrees Celsius is forecasted for Saturday, with a high of 23 degrees on Canada Day.
