A developer wants to add three more storeys to a pair of high-rise building in Oakville, but needs to have the Town’s Official Plan amended to allow it.

An application by 3064 Trafalgar Partnership is hoping to turn its 30-storey residential buildings into a pair of 33-storey ones, adding

The effect of the application would be an additional 60-units and a level of underground parking. A site plan application is currently under review for the permitted two 30-storey towers.

Residents are invited to provide input, either in person or online, at the public meeting on Monday, July 8, at 6:30 p.m.

The buildings are planned for 3060 and 3068 Trafalgar Rd., north of Dundas Steet.

The subject lands are located on the west side of Trafalgar Road, north of Dundas Street and south of Wheat Boom Drive.
