Plow tractor fire causes thick smoke in Mississauga

Thick smoke could be seen from a vehicle fire in Mississauga Thursday (Dec. 15) night.
A type of plow tractor was on fire on private property in the area of Dundas Street West and Erindale Station Road in Mississauga around 11:15 p.m. on Thursday, Peel Regional Police said in a tweet.
Thick smoke was reported in the area, police said.
Mississauga Fire crews were on scene and extinguished the blaze.
No injuries were reported.
The fire was one of two in the area. Reportedly a stolen pick up truck also caught fire on Erindale Station Road yesterday.
The cause of the fires haven’t been released.
