Brampton mansion makes list of most-viewed homes in Canada

A Brampton mansion caught a lot of people’s eyes last month.
The continuing diversity around Canadian properties shows no signs of slowing down, as each year, more and more unique homes enter the Canadian housing market. In a recent report by the real estate organization Zoocasa, it has become clear that Ontario is not excluded from this pool of desirable locations, as many of the properties on their most viewed list for March were dotted throughout our province’s backyard.
However, it may come as a surprise that one of these nationally desired properties is nestled in Brampton.
While the usual suspects are featured on this roster of Ontario-based homes, such as condos in Toronto, large-scale modern fortresses in Oakville and quaint provincial homes in Niagara Falls, this Brampton competitor is surely a stand-out compared to the rest.

As detailed by Zoocasa’s monthly report, this staggering custom-built property, located at 27 Morris Court, dials in at about 9200 square feet.

While you may have to save a little bit to afford such a property—as it is currently listed at well over $8 million—this location has no doubt put Brampton on the map for must-have properties in Canada.
